Terms and Conditions of Sale – JOY CAKES SARL

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions applicable to the booking and participation in cooking and pastry workshops offered under the Joy Studio brand, as well as the sale of pastries and catering services provided by JOY CAKES SARL.

Joy Studio is a brand operated by JOY CAKES SARL, which manages the production and sale of pastries as well as catering services.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Any booking of a workshop, order of pastries, or catering service implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the customer.

3. Booking, Ordering and Payment

• Workshops: Bookings are made online via the official Joy Studio website or by any other means indicated on communication materials. Payment is required upon booking.
• Pastries: Orders are placed via the website, by phone, or in store. A minimum 48-hour notice is required for certain special orders.
• Catering: Any service request must be made at least 10 working days in advance. A quote will be provided and a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order.
• Accepted payment methods are bank card, wire transfer, and mobile payment.
• In case of non-payment, the booking or order will not be validated.

4. Pricing

• Prices for services and products are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all taxes.
• JOY CAKES SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, orders validated before a price change retain the original price.

5. Cancellation and Postponement

• Workshops: Any cancellation made more than 72 hours before the workshop may result in a postponement or credit. No refunds are made.
• Pastries: Pastry orders are neither refundable nor modifiable once confirmed.
• Catering: Any cancellation occurring less than 7 days before the service results in the loss of the deposit paid.
• Cancellation by JOY CAKES SARL: In case of cancellation for exceptional reasons (force majeure, staff unavailability…), a postponement or credit will be offered to the customer.

6. Liability

• JOY CAKES SARL cannot be held responsible for accidents occurring during workshops or services if safety instructions have not been followed.
• JOY CAKES SARL cannot be held responsible for food allergies not reported before booking or ordering.

7. Intellectual Property

• The recipes and educational materials provided during workshops remain the property of JOY CAKES SARL and cannot be reproduced or distributed without prior authorization.
• The pastries and creations of JOY CAKES SARL remain the intellectual property of the company and cannot be copied or resold without authorization.

8. Personal Data

Information collected during booking or ordering is processed in accordance with current legislation. Customers have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

9. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the application of these Terms and Conditions of Sale falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
